Published to accompany a 1988-89 touring exhibition, it focusses on the design work of the four artists. Ben of course is well-known, but his textile designs are less so. Those of his sister Nancy and sister-in-law are fascinating and deserve a wider audience. His brother Kit became an architect, but was killed in a gliding accident in 1948, leaving a relatively small body of work.
A very useful and informative catalogue, with the additional interest of several personal memoirs of the artists.
