Condition: A clean copy of the first edition, some tanning to the edges of the pages consistent with age, the wrapper complete but clipped and a little discoloured on the spine and with some minor chips and creases to the edges, the wrapper preserved under glassine.

I have always found Bertram's book on Nash a very useful source of both information and period flavour, giving one a sense of the man behind the paintings. Using Nash's own writings as sources as well as being still able to work with those who knew Nash make this a very valuable resource for anyone interested in the artist.
