Condition: The first edition, complete with the original printed dust wrapper, over grey cloth boards with blue embossed design. The wrapper is fragile, quite tanned and with a loss to the bottom edge of the front cover, two tears to the reverse and some general chips and nicks. The boards have some foxing. Internally the book is clean and bright, a little tanning to the edges in places but apparently complete, most of the lithographic illustrations retaining the original tissue sheets and thus preserving their colour and brightness. Numbered 181 from the edition of 2500
