Condition: The gloss laminated card covers have a vertical crease front and back and a little shrinkage away from the edges. Internally a tidy copy, illustrated in black and white

Published to accompany a 1963 exhibition of recent work, this Gordon House-designed catalogue presents work from the period in the early 1960s when Piper was experimenting once more with abstraction, including his stained glass designs for Coventry Cathedral. There is also a useful chronological biography by M.P., presumably Piper's wife Myfanwy.
