This book focuses on the plaster models and maquettes which Moore made en route to his final sculptures and places them alongside the drawings, versions and finished works. Extensively annotated with commentaries by David Mitchinson and others, there are also several interesting essays on the works that are now so familiar around the world.
A good addition to every library on Moore or the wider area of mid-C20th sculpture.
