Printmaking was an important part of Sutherland's oeuvre, from the earliest part of his career to his extensive involvement in the medium much later. Tassi's book remains the standard reference work on the subject and is thus a very important volume for the shelves of any print dealer, specialist or collector. Beautifully produced, it is a joy to peruse.
