Condition: The first edition, in English, complete with the printed original dust wrapper over grey cloth boards; the wrapper with some chips and nicks to the edges front and back, the spine with some sunning, and a tear to the top rear corner. Internally, a little separation of the cover from the spine at the first flyleaf, but otherwise a clean and complete copy of this relatively scarce volume.

Esbjorn Hiort was a friend, colleague and associate of Finn Juhl, a designer whose work played a significant role in establishing the international recognition of Danish design. Extensively illustrated throughout in colour and black and white, this book covers both Juhl's important furniture design work, as well as his endeavours in architecture and applied arts
