Armin Landeck was an American printmaker and educator who, like his contemporary and associate Martin Lewis, created images of urban places and spaces which lifted the veneer of respectability and showed the realities. His New York views in particular are not only fabulous images but virtuoso examples of the printmaker's art.
First published in 1977, this second edition was expanded to include the works made in the final years of Landeck's life and to incorporate new study on his work.
