This book brings together four lectures given in May 1939 by Frank Lloyd Wright which were hailed as remarkable events at the time. Discussing his projects, ideas and conceptual beliefs in the titular Organic Architecture (something Wright himself struggled to accurately define and refine), the printed records, which even include the question and answer sessions at the end of the evening lectures, bring the sessions vividly to life and retain a high level of relevance to a modern reader. For whilst Wright discusses particular projects he had made, the overarching interests and concerns remain current.
