Edward Burra at Tate Britain

If you have already been to Tate Britain to see the current exhibition of Edward Burra, then you won't need reminding what an amazing painter he is. If you haven't been, then you must! It is on until 19th October 2025

And if you can't make it at all, then you should look at this excellent catalogue published by Pallant House Gallery to accompany their Burra exhibition in 2011. It includes some fascinating essays, wonderful images and great insight into this important but often overlooked British painter.
